ALL SALES ARE FINAL Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – SScents

 ALL SALES ARE FINAL – Our products are custom-poured/handcrafted with concentrated fragrance oils and specialty items. Please order sample sizes first to ensure you love the fragrance before purchasing larger quantities.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Notifying us does not guarantee we can stop the order if it has already been processed.
• If you refuse delivery of a package, you are responsible for shipping charges. Store credit will be issued for the merchandise minus shipping and restocking fees.

• Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address when placing an order.
• We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.
• Once an order has been submitted, the shipping address cannot be changed.
• If your order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
• If a package is shipped to an incorrect address, we cannot retrieve or return it.
• We are not responsible for errors caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been picked up for delivery.  
• If shipping to a third-party address (friend, family, workplace), the customer accepts full responsibility for ensuring the address is correct.
• Tip: Double-check your shipping information at checkout, and make sure you're billing and shipping addresses match, when possible, to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
• Restocking Fee: $20 will be charged for all cancellations.

• Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us within 3 days if your items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Include your order number and a clear photo of the item(s).
• Eligible orders may receive a store credit, replacement, or refund, depending on product availability.

Our products are custom poured with concentrated fragrance oils. All sales are final unless damaged or incorrect. We strongly encourage customers to try a sample size first, if available, to find your perfect scent. Fragrances are highly personal and subjective; what smells delightful to one person may not appeal to another. To keep costs fair for all customers, we cannot replace or refund products based solely on personal scent preference. We encourage customers to reach out to us first if they have questions or concerns about a fragrance before placing a larger order. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging items. SScents is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments during the return process. • Include a clear, legible photo of all items received showing product labels.
• Claims submitted after 72 hours may not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

All sales are final. Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Car Freshies
• Candles
• Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
• Gift cards
• Wax Melts

• Customers must test products before creating bulk quantities or using in finished goods. SScents is not responsible for unsatisfactory results from finished products.
• Tips, recipes, or instructions are suggestions only. We do not guarantee results or assume liability for harm, injury, or property damage.
• Defective products must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

• Displayed Prices – All product prices are clearly listed on our website at the time of purchase. Because prices are stated upfront, no price adjustments or price matching will be offered on any order.
• Bulk Pricing – If bulk discounts are available, they will be shown directly on the Website. No additional discounts are provided beyond what is listed.
• Price Changes – SScents reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Revised prices will always be available on the Website.
• Taxes & Fees – Customers are responsible for any applicable local, state, federal, provincial, or international taxes and tariffs. Where required, these charges will be collected and added to your order total.
• Out-of-Stock Items – We do not back-order products. If any item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you via email and/or phone, and a credit will be issued for that item. Out-of-stock items must be reordered once they become available again.

• Eligibility
  Discounts are only valid when explicitly offered by our company through promotions, coupons, or special programs.
• Authorized Discounts
  Only discounts issued by our company and applied correctly at checkout are valid. Any discount applied in error or through technical issues is not valid.
•  Limitations 
  • Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • Discounts are not valid on past orders or items already purchased.
  • Excessive or unintended discounts that result from system errors will be corrected.
• Correction of Errors
  If an incorrect discount is applied, we will contact the customer and issue a corrected invoice. Payment of the corrected amount must be made promptly to secure the order.
• Order Cancellation
  Orders not paid at the corrected price within the specified timeframe may be canceled and the items released back into inventory.
• Sustainability
  Honoring unintended discounts, especially large ones, is unsustainable for our business. This policy ensures we can continue to provide quality products and services.

 Chargebacks & Reviews

• Initiating a chargeback before the 15-day waiting period or after receiving a refund/store credit may result in account deactivation and loss of future purchasing privileges.
• Negative reviews or claims must be truthful and accurate. Customers who submit false, misleading, or dishonest reviews—including falsifying information about products, shipping, or transactions—may have their accounts permanently deactivated, and future purchases will be prohibited.
• We encourage customers to contact us first at Contact@sscentsmv.com to resolve any issues before posting a review or requesting a chargeback. We are always happy to help and clarify concerns.

 Ingredients, Recipes & Finished Goods

From time to time, SScents may share recipes, DIY tips, or instructions for creating candles, soaps, or other products (the “Recipes”), either directly on our website, through social media, or via third-party links. We may also offer raw materials and supplies (“Ingredients”) for purchase, which customers may use to create their own finished products (“Finished Goods”).

• Customer Responsibility – Recipes and DIY instructions are provided for informational purposes only. Results may vary, and SScentst is not responsible for the outcome of any Recipe, whether created with our Ingredients or those purchased elsewhere.
• Compliance – Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, including FDA regulations, IFRA guidelines, and local requirements when creating or selling Finished Goods.
• Assumption of Risk – By choosing to use any Recipe, Ingredient, or instruction provided or purchased, you voluntarily assume all risk, including the risk of injury, property damage, or financial loss. You agree to waive and release SScents, along with its owners, employees, and affiliates, from any claims or liabilities that may arise from your use of Recipes, Ingredients, or the Finished Goods you create.

 Taxes

SScents is not responsible for collecting or paying taxes outside of those required by law. Customers are solely responsible for any local, state, federal, provincial, or international taxes that may apply to their purchase or use of Ingredients and Finished Goods.
